WeVote is seeking a Co-Chief Analytics Officer to help strengthen American Democracy by leading their analytics team and using data to improve voter engagement with their mobile technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably leading a team for 3+ years
- Some experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Ads, etc.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead our 15+ person team of data scientists and analysts in implementing our analytics strategy
- Define key analytics indicators, for reporting back to the rest of our team
- Make reports and regular dashboards available to our strategy team, and other stakeholder teams
- Find stories about how voters are using WeVote in the data
- Work with our product team to design and build new features that help voters make informed decisions, based on usage patterns you are seeing.
- Provide reports about voter activity for specific elections
- Interview new volunteers interested in joining our team

- At least 2 hours each week during our core team hours M-F 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (any US time zone)
