Requirements
- Prior experience with chatbot or GPT persona development.
- Interest in AI and natural language processing;
- Strong computer and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to learn software quickly;
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
- Experience working in academic or applied research environments.
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements.
Responsibilities
- Interact with teams to collect user requirements and design prompt engineering approaches.
- Develop GPT prompts and personas tailored to specific user interactions within ElancoGPT.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to ensure personas meet organizational needs.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for persona-related development issues.
- Conduct testing to ensure accuracy, usability, and functionality.
- Analyze user feedback to refine persona capabilities.
- Partner with IT to monitor AI/ML advancements and integrate improvements into persona design.

- Currently enrolled as a student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
