Our client is in need of an Account Data Analyst/ Customer Master to help the sales organization achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance standards are maintained in Waukesha, WI area
Requirements
- Experience with using Salesforce and ERP Systems such as GL Prod
- Attention to detail is important
- An understanding of the United States Postal Service addresses in the US(city to state)
- Understanding of internal terminology and business processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a team setting and independently is a plus
- Position is repetitive and the resource should understand that and be willing to work in the queue
- Salesforce CRM platform and tools
Responsibilities
- Salesforce, Reltio and GL Prod effectiveness, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, Cleanse and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
- Broadening knowledge of product lines, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policy/strategy
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
- Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
- Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures
- Explains technical information to others
- Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered

- 4 year college degree(preferred degree in healthcare or business is a plus)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team setting and independently
- Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and us
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework
