Fractal is looking to drive customer acquisition for its new Agentic AI product by building and managing a qualified pipeline of opportunities across target CPG accounts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in AI, advanced analytics, or data platforms.
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and account management with Fortune 500 clients.
- Deep understanding of CPG or Retail industry, brand/R&D workflows, and supply-chain dynamics.
- Strong commercial acumen; skilled in structuring subscription + usage-based licensing agreements.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to engage both technical implementers and C-level decision-makers.
- Strong hunter mentality combined with consultative sales approach — capable of opening doors and nurturing long-term client value.
- Experience in managing complex licensing deals (subscription + usage) and building relationships across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities such as workshops, discovery sessions, and solution mapping, translating client needs into product requirements.
- Represent the product at industry events, webinars, and partner sessions, articulating the differentiated value of Fractal’s agentic AI platform.
- Partner closely with GTM & Commercial Lead, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure MVP adoption, pilot success, and customer value realization.
- Proactively engage in account planning and forecasting, ensuring visibility and predictability of revenue performance.
- Manage ongoing account management responsibilities including renewals, upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.
- Deliver against ARR and licensing revenue goals, managing both SaaS subscription and usage-based pricing models.
