Andela is seeking to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with clients seeking software development, AI, and app development solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B technical sales roles, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling complex software development, AI products, or app development services/solutions.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and a genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and various technological stacks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Andela's talent offerings, particularly in software development, AI, and app development, to effectively articulate our value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Clearly communicate how Andela's solutions can address client needs and pain points, demonstrating a deep understanding of technical requirements and project scopes.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations through a consultative lens and value-add behaviors.
  • Orchestrate seamless hand-offs from the SDR team, and conduct deep technical discovery to determine right-fit before bringing in any added resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing, SDR, Delivery, Legal, Ops, and Talent Experience teams to ensure successful projects and continuous improvement in how we serve our customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in our CRM system (Salesforce).
