ADP is looking to solve the problem of ensuring clients are effectively trained on their MasterTax software, leading to successful onboarding, long-term adoption, and client satisfaction. This involves improving products and services through client feedback and providing robust thought leadership in modern learning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software training, consulting, account management (payroll/Master Tax software experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience developing and delivering training across multiple formats (live, virtual, written, and video)
  • Experience using eLearning tools such as Assima, WalkMe, Pendo, Synthesia, Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and Vyond.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (i.e., Litmos)
  • Strong MasterTax product knowledge
  • Background in payroll, tax, or tax software

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trainer and consultant on ADP/MasterTax functionality.
  • Deliver training to new clients, refresher sessions for existing clients, and advanced training for specialized roles.
  • Support internal associates with product knowledge, troubleshooting approaches, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain training resources: user guides, quick reference sheets, FAQs, e-learning modules, and recorded sessions.
  • Stay current on software updates, tax compliance changes, and regulatory requirements; incorporate updates into all training sessions.
  • Gather and report trainee feedback; measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Document training activities and maintain records for knowledge management.

  • Ability to travel as needed to remote locations, up 15%-20%.
  • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences may include: Experience noted above, OR Military Experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows for diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software issues and coach users through solutions
  • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple client trainings and projects simultaneously
