ADP is looking to solve the problem of ensuring clients are effectively trained on their MasterTax software, leading to successful onboarding, long-term adoption, and client satisfaction. This involves improving products and services through client feedback and providing robust thought leadership in modern learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software training, consulting, account management (payroll/Master Tax software experience strongly preferred).
- Experience developing and delivering training across multiple formats (live, virtual, written, and video)
- Experience using eLearning tools such as Assima, WalkMe, Pendo, Synthesia, Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and Vyond.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.
- Experience using a Learning Management System (i.e., Litmos)
- Strong MasterTax product knowledge
- Background in payroll, tax, or tax software
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trainer and consultant on ADP/MasterTax functionality.
- Deliver training to new clients, refresher sessions for existing clients, and advanced training for specialized roles.
- Support internal associates with product knowledge, troubleshooting approaches, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain training resources: user guides, quick reference sheets, FAQs, e-learning modules, and recorded sessions.
- Stay current on software updates, tax compliance changes, and regulatory requirements; incorporate updates into all training sessions.
- Gather and report trainee feedback; measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Document training activities and maintain records for knowledge management.

- Ability to travel as needed to remote locations, up 15%-20%.
