Requirements
- Strong knowledge of VoIP technology and related products is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and the channel ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with account management or customer relations, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and drive results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our product offerings to meet customer needs and maximize revenue.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and analyze account activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Provide insights to product development teams based on client feedback and market trends to help inform product enhancements and new offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies that drive account growth and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategy sessions with clients to assess performance, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Provide the Regional Channel Manager and partners with the customer needs and growth strategies.
Other
- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer relations, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States full-time for any employer.
