Odyssey Systems is looking to solve the business problem of providing Acquisition Intelligence Support to the NC3 Contract and specifically the NC division at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, to support the Program Executive Office (PEO) and reduce program and operational risks.

Requirements

  • All-source intelligence experience, which could include experience with Intelligence Community agencies or with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including service intelligence components.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Sedentary for all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI with an investigation current within 5 years or in Continued Evaluation (CE).
  • Experience with Intelligence Community agencies or with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including service intelligence components.
  • Knowledge of acquisition intelligence processes and tools.
  • Experience with system engineering and technical analysis level inputs in support of major acquisition decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, defining, and documenting intelligence requirements for Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) Senior Leaders, MDA Program Elements, and then prepare and present briefings, updates, and summaries to portfolio leadership.
  • Review, tailor, and analyze Threat Assessments, integration dependencies and requirements, cross-program analyses, Information Support Plans (ISPs), and Intelligence Sensitivity Assessments (ISAs).
  • Conduct intelligence supportability analysis for each MDA program element and prepare the associated documentation.
  • Support the integration of current intelligence, acquisition intelligence, and technical intelligence into the development and sustainment of nuclear communications.
  • Prepare and deliver portfolio-focused summaries of IC products monthly at all geographies.
  • Researching and gathering intelligence data, developing and presenting briefings, attending and participating in meetings, developing required documentation, and providing weekly status updates.
  • Research and respond to RFIs from MDA Senior Leadership, MDA Program Elements, two letters, and Missile Intelligence Secure Link clients that may include briefings, updates, and/or technical intelligence engineering.

  • Must be a US citizen
  • BA/BS Degree or MA/MS Degree preferred
  • 6-10 years of experience in intelligence analysis preferred
  • Occasional travel based on the needs of the program
  • Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Clearance with SCI
