CFD Research is seeking experienced Ada Software Engineers to develop technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to adversity
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience with Ada programming
- Three or more years of experience in development and/or hands-on technical troubleshooting support of container-based microservices architectures
- Experience with Containerization
- Experience with one or more of the following: Angular, Docker/Podman, GitFlow, Gitlab, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Jira, Node.js, Keycloak, Kubernetes, Linters, SonarQube, Trivy, ReactJS and other JS based frameworks experience
- Knowledge of Agile Software Development
- Knowledge of Model Base Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience with DevSecOps
Responsibilities
- Support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery
- Develop technology using Ada programming
- Troubleshoot tough technical challenges
- Work with multi-disciplined teams
- Develop and/or hands-on technical troubleshooting support of container-based microservices architectures
- Design and write software to meet requirements
- Participate in Agile Software Development
Other
- Must be a US Citizen
- Active/Final Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Aerospace Engineering or other related degree program from an accredited college/university
- Ability to work onsite in Huntsville, AL area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
