SAP is seeking a Business Product Owner to lead Adobe projects delivering personalized, relevant, and scalable customer experiences across the entire customer journey, driving measurable business outcomes, accelerating pipeline, and improving engagement across accounts

Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise with at least one of the following: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales processes, and customer experience design
  • Ability to define, monitor, and act on KPIs demonstrating business value
  • Skilled in backlog management, agile delivery, and cross-functional alignment
  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance standards, and governance frameworks
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, journey orchestration, or analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of database, analytics, intelligent technologies, and experience management

Responsibilities

  • Define the business product vision, strategy, and business roadmap for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Ensure implementations comply with SAP internal policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with project management and cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and define use cases across journeys and analytics
  • Co-design customer journeys with Adobe, ensuring they reflect real-world buyer behavior, account dynamics, and business goals
  • Partner with internal data teams to ensure CRM, marketing automation, and other systems are integrated, providing clean and actionable data
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) from a business perspective, validating that journeys and analytics implementations meet expectations, business rules, and KPIs
  • Drive stakeholder adoption by preparing teams for new processes, creating enablement content, delivering training, and supporting change management

Other

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in marketing automation, CRM, journey orchestration, or analytics platforms
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to drive adoption and support change management
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Expected Travel: 0 - 10%
