Requirements
- Adobe Campaign Manager expertise
- Adobe Experience Manager experience
- Adobe Journey Optimizer/Adobe Workfront experience
- Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard. Adobe Campaign V8 experience will be preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with data segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, mobile, SMS, social media, etc.) using Adobe Campaign.
- Working with data models, integrating various data sources into Adobe Campaign, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Building and managing complex, segmented workflows and journeys within Adobe Campaign.
- Developing and optimizing HTML email templates and other campaign content.
- Integrating Adobe Campaign with other systems and platforms.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to campaign delivery, performance, or segmentation.

- Working closely with marketing, creative, and data teams to develop and execute effective campaigns.
- Documenting campaign strategies and workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Campaign or related certifications is highly desirable.
