Requirements

  • 6+ years' work experience in application support or application development engineering fields with a focus on requirements gathering, infrastructure design planning, installation, configuring, lower-environment testing, production deployment, lifecycle maintenance, monitoring, task automation, disaster recovery, vulnerability remediation, and production support of security or business applications.
  • 4+ years of experience with Linux including server hardening, user rights, interpretation of system logs, and automation of tasks.
  • 3+ years of experience with Windows system administration skills, including system logs, registry, LDAP, Active Directory integration and automation of tasks.
  • 3+ years automation experience (Python, scripts, Ansible, Salt, etc.) using CI/CD technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting network issues, such as IP and TCP protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with planning, installing, configuring, deploying, and supporting applications in a multiple datacenter enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and supporting load balancing and high availability / disaster recovery (HADR) in a multiple datacenter environment.

  • Address technical issues, manage IT security risk, and design the infrastructure to implement and maintain cyber security applications and platforms.
  • Identify the right solutions to solve ambiguous, open-ended problems that require prioritization among disparate business and team objectives.
  • Urgently detect and respond to technical security issues. Follow up with a root cause analysis (RCA) and implement improvements to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Improve our documentation and processes, as well as the design and execution of key deliverables within assigned technologies.
  • As a knowledge manager, you'll grow into a subject matter expert, developing technical operating procedures and ensuring a complete understanding of our product suite.

  • 4-year degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent
  • IT or Security Certifications like (Security+, CISSP, Network+, SANS certifications, MCSE, RHCE, Linux+, Server+, or equivalent)
  • Highly effective communication skills (both written and oral) for clear, concise interactions across all organization levels.
