Requirements
- Proficient in Java
- Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C/C++, JavaScript, Python, SQL
- Ability to implement sophisticated algorithms and data structures in very complex systems with the highest quality
- Experience with databases
- Experience with computer systems
- Experience with Linux / UNIX
- Experience with object-oriented design
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of software development to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing enterprise class software application
- Support, debug, and provide solutions, engage in programs and initiatives to analyze the root cause of issues and recommend and evolve suitable solution approaches to address the challenges in time-sensitive fashion
- Work within a highly successful product development team within an agile, iterative process
- Implement sophisticated algorithms and data structures in very complex systems with the highest quality
- Analyze the root cause of issues and recommend and evolve suitable solution approaches
- Develop, debug, or design enterprise-class software applications
- Engage in programs and initiatives to improve the overall quality of the software application
Other
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctorate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related science/engineering field during the 2025-2026 school year
- Returning to the program after completion of the internship
- Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US
- Completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
