Requirements

  • proficient (i.e., able to complete coding projects with no assistance) in Java AND are proficient in at least one of these additional programming languages: C/C++, JavaScript, Python, SQL
  • Have the ability to implement sophisticated algorithms and data structures in very complex systems with the highest quality
  • Demonstrated experience (projects, internships, coursework, research) with three or more of the following areas

Responsibilities

  • manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing enterprise class software application
  • Working within a highly successful product development team within an agile, iterative process
  • support, debug, and provide solutions
  • engage in programs and initiatives to analyze the root cause of issues
  • recommend and evolve suitable solution approaches to address the challenges in time-sensitive fashion
  • solving enterprise grade cloud services problems
  • solving sophisticated problems by writing code

  • Intern - Must be enrolled in a university prior to and post internship.
  • Target Internship Duration: May-Aug 2026 or June-Sept 2026.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. For clarity purposes, this means that Oracle is not in a position now, or in the future, to offer US immigration sponsorship. This includes, but is not limited to, support of H-1B, TN, O-1, green card or F-1 e.g. EAD, OPT, CPT, I-20, F-1 visa stamp, etc.
  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctorate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related science/engineering field during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship.
  • Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages English
