Requirements
- Interest in hardware design
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic fundamentals
- Signal integrity concepts
- Circuit simulation techniques
Responsibilities
- Evaluating semiconductor package substrate designs for challenging electrical requirements
- Interact with physical designers to optimize product for meeting electrical performance specs
- Execute electrical simulation tasks for signal and power integrity optimization and validation
Other
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program studying Electrical Engineering, planning to complete studies in 2026
- Communication, Presentation and documentation skills are a must
