Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, particularly in avionics or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
- Experience with software development tools and methodologies, including Agile practices.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
- Familiarity with avionics software standards and safety-critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of advanced software applications for avionics systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
- Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Deer Valley, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in leading software development projects and mentoring junior engineers.
