Honeywell International, Inc. is looking for an Advanced Software Engineer to contribute to the architecture design of their enterprise core software services platform, ensuring highly available and fault-tolerant capabilities.
Requirements
- building scalable React applications
- experience with Styled components/CSS styling
- experience working with API’s and Axios
- experience with React hooks
- experience using Jest for unit testing
- experience with tools for integration/visual regression testing
- experience working with Federated Modules by Webpack
Responsibilities
- Review and assess product development requirements and develop component/feature specifications.
- Design, architect and verify requirements for highly available and fault-tolerant capabilities.
- Assist with solving problems and resolving service related issues.
- Serve as go-to person for other teams developing products against these services.
- Contribute to the architecture design of Honeywell’s enterprise core software services platform.
- Constantly learn to remain current on the latest User Interfaces trends.
- Translating designs into reusable components.
Other
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s* degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
