Honeywell International, Inc. is looking to improve their New Product Development (NPI) cycle time by automating regression test cases and integrating system-level tests with their CI/CD pipeline. They also need to analyze and resolve customer-reported defects to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Software Testing experiences
  • possess sound understating of Software Test Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Developing System Test Cases for Industrial Asset Sentinel product
  • Preparing the Test Data
  • Test Environment
  • Installing, Configuring the application and then Testing the application from end customer perspective
  • strong software testing background and Test Automation skills

Responsibilities

  • identifying and helping to automate Regression Test cases across sprints
  • integrate system level tests with Cl/CD pipeline
  • analyze defects and support the scrum teams by troubleshooting the issues and suggesting fixes and improvements in the products
  • analyze customer reported defects on a monthly basis, find the root cause, and share his findings with the larger scrum teams to then come up with preventive approaches
  • define acceptance criteria
  • improve PSR testing practices in HCI
  • train the software development teams on domain skills

Other

  • Work closely with Honeywell project implementation teams and customers during system Go-Live.
  • Involved in supporting sales consultants on product features and capabilities
  • Participate in Sprint planning and release planning with the engineering teams
  • mentor new hires
  • Responsible for the reporting of overall quality status to the management team in order to proactively bring any quality /schedule impact issues to the program management team and raise risks.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week.
  • If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
