Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Advanced Therapies Data Lead to develop, implement, and sustain the organization's data strategy, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, security, and accessibility to drive the use of data as a strategic asset.
Requirements
- At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience
- Proven track record of managing data assets and ensuring data quality and governance
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data modelling, and data architecture principles
- Familiarity with data governance tools, data management platforms, and data quality management practices
- Deep knowledge of the supply chain, including understanding GxP processes and data requirements
- Proficiency in cloud-based data solution (Azure)
- Demonstrated software programming expertise and advanced database knowledge
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of data strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure data within the domain is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business requirements and governance policies.
- Manage and define who can access, use, and modify the data, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory and privacy regulations.
- Act as a key decision-maker regarding the lifecycle management of data (creation, retention, archiving, and disposal).
- Partner with IMSC Data Leaders and JJT to ensure data consistency across different areas of the business.
- Work closely with business functions to understand their data needs and ensure data-related decisions meet business requirements.
- Oversee Implementation and ensure enforcement of data quality controls to ensure data is fit for its intended purpose.
