BDO Advisory practice is looking to solve problems related to damages & lost profits, fraud analyses, client industry research, and other matters as necessary for their dynamic client base
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferred
- Actively pursuing school credits to become a CPA, required
Responsibilities
- Participates in the quantification of client matters including damages & lost profits claims, product recall matters, data breaches/cyber security incidents, and other matters as required
- Participates in engagement fact finding, including the review of financial records and discussions with client contacts
- Analyzes financial information to establish and support client claims
- Prepares financial schedules and client work products to demonstrate key findings and conclusions
- Researches new business opportunities at the direction of practice leadership
- Other duties as required
Other
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Risk Management, required
- Professional client service experience, preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions as directed
