Requirements
- Proven experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on frontend technologies
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Prior knowledge of AEM development is a huge plus
- Deep understanding of both software engineering and technical operations
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully implement solutions
- Dedication to writing clean, maintainable code and following standard methodologies
Responsibilities
- Craft and develop responsive, dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs
- Optimize application performance to deliver a seamless user experience
- Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing the best security practices
- Work with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain systems and solve complex experience management operations and automation challenges
- Review and collaborate on features, technology, architecture, designs, time & budget estimates, and test strategies
- Contribute to DevOps processes to streamline deployment and improve operational efficiency
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area and 8+ years experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators
- A proactive, ambitious approach with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Participate in an on-call schedule
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
