The Los Angeles Dodgers are looking for an Affiliate Development Associate to support their Minor League affiliated teams with video capture, data logging, and various administrative and scouting tasks to aid in player development and baseball strategy.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).
Responsibilities
- Capture and log all Minor League games at assigned affiliate.
- Compile video and data related projects and collaborate with other departments for scouting, player development, and baseball strategy.
- Operate additional technology in bullpen or batting cage sessions.
Other
- The ideal candidate will be available to work January through October 2026.
- Assist coaching staff with daily tasks, including scouting reports, game planning, travel, and administrative needs.
- Produce roster and lineup information for daily clubhouse use.
- Perform related duties as assigned on and off field.
- High school diploma, College degree preferred.
- Coursework completed by January 2026, Candidate must be available for the entire duration of the season, February-October.
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High level of social awareness and the ability to exercise feel in the clubhouse environment.
- Ability to work and communicate in a team setting.
- Solid foundation of baseball knowledge and a curiosity to understand more in-depth baseball concepts.
