Gotion Inc. is looking for an Aftermarket Engineering Manager to lead their after-sales and service engineering team, providing technical support and solutions to customers of EV battery packs, modules, and energy storage systems. The role focuses on execution, team management, and collaboration with supply chain and recycling teams to drive customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in after-sales/service or technical support (battery/automotive/energy storage).
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- Engineering background (electrical, mechanical, or related).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in battery systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead service engineers in Manteno and customer sites (up to 50% travel).
- Handle inquiries and performance issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Partner with Customer Service, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Collect and analyze feedback to inform product improvement.
- Support recycling and reuse projects to meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide regular updates on team execution and customer satisfaction.
