Decagon is looking to solve the problem of integrating their AI agents deeply into customer systems, workflows, and data to ensure the agents' success and deliver reliable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in integrations, solutions engineering, or backend/API-focused roles (ideally in B2B SaaS).
- Strong technical skills with APIs, webhooks, and authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, etc.).
- Hands-on experience integrating with platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar enterprise SaaS.
- A track record of building integrations from scratch and making them production-ready.
- Comfort balancing customer-specific problem solving with building towards scalable, reusable solutions.
- Experience building SDKs, middleware, or reusable integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with conversational AI, customer service automation, or agent deployments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations
- Implement new integrations with customer systems and ensure existing ones remain reliable.
- Productize repeatable patterns
- Turn bespoke customer integrations into reusable, configurable solutions that accelerate future deployments.
- Support deployments
- Partner with Agent PMs during customer onboarding to scope, configure, and validate integrations
- Contribute to roadmap
