Seagate's Global Revenue Operations needs to leverage technology to measure, track, manage, and automate day-to-day business to achieve sales goals and revenue, and the Analytics team requires a data-driven analyst to help adopt and leverage internal systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in open-source software and/or scripting in: Python (preferred), SQL (preferred), VBA, Java, C++
- Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG), vector databases (PostgreSQL), and structured data warehousing
- Developing LLM-integrated pipelines for meeting summarization, data ingestion, and downstream semantic search
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts), Power Suite (Power Automate, Power Query, PowerBI), Copilot Studio, Graph APIs, Fabric, and other Microsoft 365 tools
- Proven proficiency with business intelligence and/or ETL analysis tools (e.g., Knime, Alteryx)
- Familiarity with backend development, API integration, or intelligent system prototyping
- Experience gathering data from large scale data warehouses/data marts
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal tools and workflows that automate ingestion, transformation, and analysis of structured & unstructured business data
- Implement intelligent data summarization and classification techniques using modern machine learning and language modeling frameworks
- Design and manage scalable pipelines for centralized analytics, reporting, and/or faster decision-making
- Prototype agent-facing solutions and explore integration pathways with productivity platforms to support business knowledge discovery
- Contribute to modular backend development to support reuse and future system scaling
- Explore graph-based modeling techniques to enhance contextual understanding and relationship mapping across business data and knowledge
- Drive documentation excellence by clearly communicating technical workflows, system design decisions, and deployment guidelines

- Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Business or Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Informatics, or similar fields, and returning to school in fall 2026
