- Integrating AI solutions with various systems and data sources via APIs
- Collaborating with the AgentOps Team Leader and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective, production grade automation solutions
- Writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code and workflow configurations
- Monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting deployed AI agents to ensure high performance and reliability
- Contributing to the full lifecycle management of AI solutions, including testing, versioning, and documentation
- Analyzing and optimizing workflows for efficiency, cost, and accuracy
