bet365 is seeking an expert and influential AgentOps AI Tech Lead to serve as the senior technical authority for their new AgentOps team, guiding the architectural design and hands-on implementation of all AI-driven automation solutions.

Responsibilities
- Leading the technical design, architecture, and implementation of complex AI and automation solutions using internal and third party platforms.
- Acting as the most senior "builder" on the team, tackling the most complex development tasks and setting the standard for code quality and innovation.
- Establishing and enforcing best practices for solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment to ensure consistency and quality.
- Making key architectural decisions to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure, aligning with both business and IT strategies.
- Acting as the primary escalation point for the most challenging technical issues, leading the debugging and resolution efforts.
- Researching, evaluating, and championing emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance the team's capabilities in collaboration with the Innovation Team.
Other
- Extensive experience in a senior engineering role such as Senior Software Developer, Senior Automation Engineer, or a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers, conducting constructive code reviews, and leading technical discussions.
- Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partnering closely with the AgentOps Team Leader to translate strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps and specifications.
