Ferrovial's Digital Hub needs to deliver digital products leveraging AI, IoT, and other advanced technologies to optimize and transform business processes, requiring a lead to identify digital needs, translate them to technical teams, ensure business expectations are met, and maximize product adoption and value delivery within defined timelines, budget, and quality.
Requirements
- Knowledge of digital products and relevant industry technology.
- General knowledge of agile methodologies, with a particular focus on Scrum will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc. will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in the ideation and continuous improvement of digital products.
- Ability to understand business processes.
- Passionate by technology and how it can transform business processes with special interest on AI
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate agile teams in the delivery of digital products within a matrix organization, where resources are provided by the responsible technical areas, some internal to the Digital Hub (user experience, artificial intelligence, and engineering) and other cross-functional areas of the Information Technologies and Innovation direction (especially architecture and data, technology, and security).
- Understanding business needs and translating to technical teams.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap.
- Collaborate within this matrix organization to define and achieve shared objectives.
- Identify and resolve impediments that may affect product delivery.
- Monitor and report product progress, ensuring transparency and visibility.
Other
- Collaborate with business users to identify needs and manage their expectations.
- Develop and communicate the product vision to all stakeholders.
- KPIs definition and measurement of business impact and adoption.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all team members.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
- Facilitate meetings and promote collaboration with all Ferrovial businesses.
- Gather feedback on Digital Hub performance and products with relevant internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Experience in international environments (focus in US).
- Ability to work in matrix organizations where leadership is through influence rather than hierarchy.

- Knowledge of different Ferrovial businesses such as Construction, Energy, Highways, airports, Digital infrastructures, will be highly valued.
- Being bilingual in English and Spanish will be highly valued.
- Having experience implementing technological products in Ferrovial will be considered positively.
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Project Management and Agile certifications (PMP, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are an advantage.
