The GTS team build services to streamline Know Your Client (KYC) compliance and integrate into the wider sales process, to better service our clients by providing rigorous controls and reducing lead time on new deals.
Requirements
- Kotlin development, or experience in Java/Scala and a desire to cross train
- Experienced using agile development practices to develop exceptional, robust software,Test Driven Development, Acceptance Testing and Pair Programming
- Experienced in Object Oriented or Functional Programming using Test Driven Development
Responsibilities
- Write robust, well-tested software while promoting simplicity and scalability in the codebase
- Partner with the Business to define, design, and deliver key product features
- Work full stack with emphasis on the server side (Kotlin)
- Oversee and enhance the Continuous Integration/Delivery pipeline and support the production environment (DevOps)
- Lead by example in applying Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, and other XP practices
