Trillium Health Resources is looking for an Agile Product Manager to work with quality services, product services and project services to establish and maintain overall Trillium applications delivery vision.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in SDLC, ALM, and SQL.
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and agile methodologies, and the ownership of product portfolio.
- Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications desired.
Responsibilities
- Drive development and delivery using Agile Scrum methodology.
- Facilitate workflow using TFS/Agile process and techniques.
- Responsible in participating in and facilitating (when needed) daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories.
- Use experience with estimation and planning to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
- Coach staff in Agile practices and coaches’ individuals regarding processes and tools.
Other
- Must reside within United States.
- Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development. OR Bachelor’s degree and a minimum one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development. OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Supervision of two (2) or more employees preferred or acting in a lead role position for at least one (1) year.
- All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
