Gallagher is seeking to drive training, awareness, understanding, and adoption of AI functionalities across its global workforce, requiring a manager to spearhead these efforts and support AI literacy and technology integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in AI, education, and/or change management, preferably within a technology-driven and/or business consulting environment.
  • Experience in developing and executing training programs and workshops.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business settings.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global training, change management, and adoption plans that address the unique needs of Gallagher stakeholders.
  • Identify potential challenges to adoption and develop strategies to mitigate.
  • Identify and implement innovative technologies for user adoption of AI workflows
  • Measure and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop AI literacy and training strategies to enable understanding, responsible use and user proficiency of various AI tools.
  • Design and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of global AI solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI adoption initiatives, adjusting as necessary.

  • Ability to work closely with AI leaders and change managers within each business unit.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field.
