Aily Labs is looking to drive adoption and activation of their AI mobile app across a global customer base, aiming to revolutionize the corporate landscape by providing immediate business insights and empowering organizations to make faster, more intelligent choices.
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience in digital customer success, customer success operations, user or developer relations, corporate consulting focused on large-scale innovation projects or change management.
- Track record of owning KPIs related to B2B product adoption, engagement, innovation-led growth, or user growth, and motivated by ambitious growth goals.
- Analytical mindset with experience using usage data to influence strategy and drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated creativity in conceptualizing and executing adoption strategies and related items, with aesthetical, original and innovative contributions.
Responsibilities
- Drive proactive engagement, adoption, and retention through data-driven, scalable customer experiences targeted at 1000s of enterprise end users and resulting in real business outcomes
- Act as the driving force behind fresh, high-impact adoption campaigns and events across the customer journey, bringing original ideas to communications and user experiences to make our product memorable, exciting, relevant, and essential.
- Build playbooks, best-in-class templates, and assist Business Impact Leads to deploy scaled strategies within specific accounts.
- Own performance against adoption and activation goals across our global customer base such as time-to-value, user retention, active usage, and business impact.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Impact Leads to align adoption strategies with customer goals and internal priorities
