Fabick Cat is seeking to enhance operations, improve efficiency, and deliver new value to customers by embracing cutting-edge AI, specifically Generative Artificial Intelligence systems.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot tools and capabilities.
- Basic understanding of OpenAI APIs (e.g., GPT, embeddings, RAG).
- Awareness of Model Context Protocol and its use in secure AI system integration.
- Strong Python or JavaScript fundamentals, with experience using REST APIs.
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and basic cloud concepts (Azure preferred).
- Hands-on experience building simple AI bots, scripts, or automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and building AI agent workflows using Microsoft Copilot and OpenAI ChatGPT including building API depth.
- Integrate MCP and A2A for secure, context-aware AI interactions across systems.
- Develop and test prompt engineering strategies for task automation, content generation, and knowledge retrieval.
- Work with IT to integrate AI tools into business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Dynamics).
- Support proof-of-concept projects, pilots, and production deployments.
- Monitor and evaluate AI system performance, making iterative improvements.
