Palo Alto Networks is looking for an AI & Automation Analyst to enhance efficiency and create new capabilities within its Worldwide Operations, including Supply Chain, Planning, Trade & Logistics, Service Logistics, Order Operations, Technical Operations, and Business Systems by identifying and implementing AI and automation solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of the latest AI technologies, including machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning), natural language processing (NLP), and robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI/automation (e.g., Python, R,SQL for data querying).
- Hands-on experience with cloud databases (GCP, Azure, AWS, etc).
- Experience with APIs & System Integrations: Working knowledge of integrating AI and automation tools with enterprise systems, including ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency with SQL, BI (Business Intelligence) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik) for telling stories with data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Help identify areas within operations where AI and automation can deliver significant value, such as optimizing processes, automating repetitive tasks, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI and automation solutions.
- Gathering requirements, contributing to technical designs, and supporting testing and deployment efforts.
- Collaborate with the IT team on technical aspects, data, and system integration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
- Research and evaluate new tools and techniques that could benefit our operations.
- Assist in ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations to maximize the effectiveness of AI solutions
Other
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a role involving AI, automation, data analysis, or process improvement related to digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Understanding of operations processes (e.g., supply chain, logistics, order management, technical operations) is a plus.
