Requirements
- Technical proficiency—comfortable with software engineering concepts, architecture trade-offs, and solutioning.
- Hands-on expertise implementing product analytics, establishing KPIs/OKRs, and driving data-informed iterations; can cite at least two examples of A/B testing or experimentation that led to improved product outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working within Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint leadership, and release planning for digital products.
- Background combining consulting, hands-on product leadership, and entrepreneurial achievement.
- Proven ability to shape, validate, and execute new business models—should have led the go-to-market strategy and financial planning for a new product, including securing internal/external funding or investment.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing C-suite executives or senior client stakeholders in strategic decision-making contexts.
- Experience with AI or emerging technology adoption initiatives
Responsibilities
- Frame opportunities at the executive level: Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into clear strategic options and actionable product strategies.
- Act as a general manager: Take accountability for validating market opportunities, shaping new business models, and ensuring successful, cross-functional execution—from product and engineering through design and go-to-market.
- Build AI fluency and PoV within the organization: Take a leading role exploring and investigating AI and other edge technologies, advocate for the right technologies to adopt within the organization and at our clients, and work with the learning and development teams to ensure healthy adoption.
- Lead product strategy and implementation: Champion innovative product ideas, develop vision and competitive positioning, and oversee product roadmap development and execution.
- Drive impact through analytics and experimentation: Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs, lead data-driven decision-making, and implement experimentation/A/B testing to optimize user engagement and product performance.
- Collaborate and communicate: Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to inspire, influence, and drive consensus around bold product decisions, from backlog development to release and scale.
- Prove it through experience: Bring a proven record of building digital products or companies from ideation through launch; provide concrete case studies and metrics demonstrating business impact and operational leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in product management, business strategy, or venture operations
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Direct management of cross-functional teams of at least 6 members, spanning engineering, design, marketing, and/or analytics, with responsibility for team development and performance management.
