Booz Allen is looking for an AI software engineer to create artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that help solve the Department of Defense’s toughest problems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI models, machine learning workflows, and data pipelines using Agile methods
- 8+ years of experience in software development with programming languages such as Python or Scala
- Experience building, deploying, and managing AI and ML models using platforms such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with administration of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools such as ModelOps or MLOps
- Experience writing and optimizing source code for AI models and data workflows
- Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through AI-driven automation
- Experience integrating AI systems architecture, AI platforms, or MLflow
Responsibilities
- Create and implement complete end-to-end solutions that modernize client systems.
- Ensure that your team’s solutions consider the broader ecosystem and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements.
- Use your expertise in the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies to solve DoD’s toughest challenges.
- Designing, developing, and deploying AI models, machine learning workflows, and data pipelines using Agile methods.
- Building, deploying, and managing AI and ML models using platforms such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Experience leading extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products with Agile methodology
- Experience with AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and AI governance frameworks
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related field
- ML, AI, or Solution Architecture Certification
