Booz Allen is seeking an AI and ML Engineer to support the development of next-generation systems that leverage machine learning to process massive datasets and deliver customer-focused solutions. The role involves training, testing, deploying, and maintaining models that learn from data to provide near real-time analysis.
Requirements
- Experience in AI, Python programming, and deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch, MXNet, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hive, PySpark, Synapse, or Databricks.
- Experience developing Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Model (LLM), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) enabled solutions.
- Experience working with API services for serving NLP and analytical models, such as Flask or Fast API.
- Experience with DevOps Tools, such as Docker, K8s, or Gitlab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled systems.
- Knowledge of AI concepts, such as clustering, regression, algorithm selection, and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data.
- Own and define the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and subject matter experts to deliver world-class solutions.
- Work with API services for serving NLP and analytical models, such as Flask or Fast API.
- Develop Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Model (LLM), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) enabled solutions.
- Apply AI concepts such as clustering, regression, algorithm selection, and evaluation.
- Address unbounded technical issues and problem-solve.
Other
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- HS diploma or GED.
