Transforming clinical and administrative operations by spearheading the design and deployment of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions.
Requirements
- Deep technical proficiency in AI/ML model deployment and application, specifically with LLMs and RAG architectures.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and implementing cloud-native services.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and APIs, including OpenAI API, Gemini, and custom model development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C-Sharp for enterprise application development and AI pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience designing and working with event-driven architectures, REST APIs, Message Buses, and database technologies (Cosmos DB, SQL).
- 2+ years in LLM/agentic/RAG systems, including multi-agent orchestration (Semantic Kernel/Langraph) and tool use.
- Deep Azure expertise: AKS, Azure API Management, Event Hubs/Service Bus, Cosmos DB/Azure SQL/Postgres, Azure AI Search (vector/hybrid), Key Vault, Monitor/OpenTelemetry.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and implementation of transformative AI initiatives leveraging large language models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Machine Learning to revolutionize core business operations.
- Architect and deploy secure, scalable, and cloud-native infrastructure and automation pipelines across clinical and administrative teams (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).
- Design and implement Agentic Workflows and multi-agent orchestration systems to automate critical business processes.
- Develop and deploy Voice AI conversational agents and LLM/RAG conversational agents to streamline employee interactions and internal/external communications (e.g., using OpenAI, Gemini, Vapi, Twilio).
- Integrate AI tools into enterprise communication platforms (e.g., Google Workspace) to enable non-technical teams to leverage AI agents via natural language interfaces.
- Establish robust data analysis and quality assurance agents to ensure the subjective integrity of clinical and operational data (e.g., using LLM-as-a-Judge, IAA).
- Develop and manage comprehensive AI agent benchmarking, monitoring, and testing frameworks to ensure high performance, reliability, and HIPAA compliance.
Other
- Proven ability to design solutions that meet strict regulatory standards, particularly HIPAA compliance in a healthcare technology environment.
- Compliance with Centria's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
- Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.
