Requirements
- 5+ years in IT solution development, including 2+ years in AI/ML and 2+ in data architecture or analytics
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in complex environments
- Strong understanding of model selection, data pipelines, and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and modernization of legacy systems
Responsibilities
- Translate business goals into scalable AI use cases and success metrics
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and foundation models for enterprise fit
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and IT teams to build and deploy AI solutions
- Ensure data availability, privacy, and compliance across AI initiatives
- Design and oversee training, testing, and monitoring plans for AI models
- Maintain visibility into AI lifecycle, performance, and governance
- Advise on infrastructure needs for model development and deployment
