Derex Technologies Inc is seeking an AI Architect to evaluate and implement models provided by the enterprise, acting as a Lead Engineer. The role requires deep ML knowledge to make models more efficient, implement them, analyze them, and assist with metrics and future plans, with a focus on agentic AI (workflows).
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python is essential.
- Expertise in LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel/Autogen and Open AI Agentic SDK
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and AutoML; Deep expertise in machine learning, system architecture, and AI agent frameworks to build scalable, autonomous systems
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models, RAG architecture, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with AWS
- Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Experience with GitHub for version control
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of an Agentic AI platform
- Architect and implement core systems for agent-based AI workflows
- Design and deploy LLM-based pipelines, agent orchestration, and vector-based memory systems,
- Develop and optimize ML models, pipelines, and orchestration logic
- Ensure the integration and compatibility of network, IDAM (Identity and Access Management), Active Directory, key vaults, and other security-related components within the self-service platform.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on leveraging the self-service platform for their AI-based initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness and adoption of the self-service platform with improved developer experience.
