Switchgear Power Systems is looking to enhance internal operations and innovation through the research, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- Programming Language (Python, R, C++, C-Sharp)
- Machine Learning (Understanding of algorithms)
- Data Modeling and Processing (SQL, excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- 3-5 + years experience in software development, automation, or data analysis.
- Basic exposure to AI/ML concepts, Python, or cloud-based AI services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support research and evaluation of AI/ML tools and frameworks.
- Develop scripts, automations, and AI prototypes.
- Assist with integrating AI features into existing systems and workflows.
- Prepare documentation and user guides for internal AI solutions.
- Provide first-line support for AI tools and gather user feedback for improvements.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Up to 15% travel may be required to attend conferences, seminars, and other industry-related events.
- Communication and Emotional Intelligence (Explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders)
- Problem solving & critical thinking (ability to break down complex problems and suggest data-driven solutions)
- Good communication skills.
