Emerson is seeking an AI & Automation Developer to design, develop, and deploy Intelligent Automation solutions that combine Python, RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI technologies to solve real-world problems and automate business processes.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar)
- Familiarity with Robocorp/Sema4.ai RPA platform
- Python certification (Level I or II)
- Ability to learn new software tools quickly and apply learnings effectively
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Be a member of the Intelligent Automation team that will work on project-based assignments in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver automated processes
- Use the Scrum agile project management framework to manage complex projects
- Adhere to development and quality assurance standards to ensure stability and reliability of automations
- Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools
- Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Python, GitHub, Robocorp/Sema4.ai RPA, Microsoft OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Artificial Intelligence tools, APIs, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Provide intermediate-level troubleshooting and support for deployed automations
