Rollins is looking to leverage AI, specifically LLMs, to automate internal processes, increase employee productivity, and improve decision-making and efficiency within their Home Office functions.
Requirements
- Exposure or experience creating LLM-backed tools involving prompt engineering and automated evals
- Exposure or experience in full-stack development with strong skills in Python, React and JavaScript
- Exposure or experience in LLMs and AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent debugging skills
- Ability to conduct research, proactively learn, and apply to work
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal tools and systems that automate existing work and increase employee productivity using AI
- Rapidly prototype small AI-enabled utilities or automations and deploy into production
- Review and collaborate with IT Leaders on AI architecture, libraries, or technologies
- Debug complex systems across frontend and backend services when AI cannot
- Act as a high-trust owner of systems that may handle sensitive data or business-critical logic
- Stay up to date on the latest AI developments
- Evaluate machine learning processes
