Palo Alto Networks is looking to solve operational efficiency and decision-making problems within their global operations, including Supply Chain, Planning, Trade & Logistics, Service Logistics, Order Operations, Technical Operations, and Business Systems by leveraging AI and automation technologies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of the latest AI technologies, including machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning), natural language processing (NLP), and robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/automation (e.g., Python, R,SQL for data querying).
- Hands-on experience with cloud databases (GCP, Azure, AWS, etc).
- Experience with APIs & System Integrations: Working knowledge of integrating API and automation tools with enterprise systems, including ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript (React) for web development.
- Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik, etc) for telling stories with data.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a role involving AI, automation, data analysis, or process improvement related to digital transformation
Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification: Help identify areas within operations where AI and automation can deliver significant value, such as optimizing processes, automating repetitive tasks, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Solution Development & Support: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI and automation solutions. This includes gathering requirements, contributing to technical designs, and supporting testing and deployment efforts.
- Technology Exploration: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies. Research and evaluate new tools and techniques that could benefit our operations.
- Documentation & Training: Help create documentation for new AI and automation solutions and assist in providing training to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
- Performance Monitoring: Support the tracking of key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Quality & Governance: Assist in ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations to maximize the effectiveness of AI solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside operations subject matter experts to understand their challenges and contribute to solutions. Collaborate with the IT team on technical aspects, data, and system integration.
