West Shore Home is looking to streamline operations and improve how people work by building digital tools, workflows, and AI-powered automations
Requirements
- Experience with low-code or no-code platforms (Make/Zapier/n8n, Retool, Power Automate, Airtable, etc.)
- Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, systems integrations and SQL
Responsibilities
- Design and implement workflows in low-code platforms and automate manual processes
- Work with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks to move and transform data
- Analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities and standardize and document processes for scaling
- Embed generative AI, NLP, speech-to-text, and other services into workflows and experiment with emerging AI tools and capabilities
