Requirements
- Understanding of LLM models and RAG
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform preferred
- SharePoint and Workday experience are a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-optimized content strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Review feedback from AI tools to identify improvement opportunities, report on feedback themes, and propose content solutions.
- Build and test content storage systems, enabling AI tools to utilize information from various documents, and design corresponding security models.
- Develop and maintain a 'Quick Answers' data source and security model to support AI tools in responding to queries not covered in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement new content for current and future AI solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant Web Content experience required
- 5 Years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in HR.
