Aldridge is seeking an AI Business Analyst to develop and execute the company’s artificial intelligence strategy, identify, research, and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize operations and productivity, and harness the power of AI to improve efficiency, reduce risk, increase profitability, and solidify Aldridge’s position as an innovator in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Strong, foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, data analytics, and business process automation.
- Experience with construction management software (i.e. Procore, ACC) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company’s comprehensive AI strategy
- Evaluate potential AI vendors, platforms, and tools for viability, scalability, and ROI
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept and pilot programs through to full-scale deployment
- Partner with the IT department to ensure that data infrastructure and governance policies support AI initiatives
- Facilitate seamless AI integration with existing ERP and project management systems
- Define Key Performance Indicators to track and measure the impact and ROI of all AI initiatives
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of IT or Project Management experience.
- Construction experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to completion.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus.
