Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data analysis, programming languages (like Python and SQL), statistics, and a foundational understanding of AI and business strategy.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy AI agents (preferable based on ChatGPT/OpenAI platforms) tailored to team needs, ensuring seamless integration into daily workflows, using the R&S specific AI environment.
- Assist teams in quickly assessing, grading, and evaluating RFIs, solicitations, and related requests using AI-enhanced analysis.
- Support drafting of proposals artifacts (e.g. requirements traceability matrixes), various specific project deliverables based on R&S guidelines and customer requirements (e.g. specific DID structure for various CDRLs), and presentations by using AI tools to generate, refine, and standardize content, based on dialogue with the relevant R&S stakeholders.
- Interface with the R&S AI implementation specialist and contribute to the enhancements.
- Collect and distribute group level knowledge within the RSA organization to create efficiencies.
- Act as the AI champion within the organization and augment the AI capabilities throughout the organization by specific workshops and agents.
- Use AI-powered platforms to analyze large amounts of structured and unstructured data, including financial filings, expert calls, customer reviews, and social media.

- The AI Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business operations, project teams, and emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
- The AI Business Analyst will work closely with leadership, proposal teams, and program/operations staff to deploy AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight.
- This position is based out of our North American headquarters in Columbia Maryland; candidates must reside within a commutable distance as relocation is not offered for this position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate business needs to AI-driven solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to support complex proposal or project workflows.
