Requirements
- Awareness of how AI models solve business problems (e.g., recommendation systems, predictive analytics)
- Exposure to topics like data analytics, statistics, machine learning basics, or business analysis
- Ability to evaluate the feasibility and impact of AI solutions
- 1-2 years understanding of AI tools and platforms such as copilot and generative AI
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to document detailed requirements based on collaboration with various business stakeholders
- Ability to quickly digest problems and drive solutions across a dynamic stakeholder base
Responsibilities
- Work on AI project team with Application Developers, Testing Analysts, Project Managers and business stakeholders
- Gather and clarify business requirements with the business stakeholder to understand the business problem
- Understand the business stakeholder's business processes to identify the value drivers associated with the project and help to understand business impacts
- Coordinate end user training, providing demo’s on capabilities and facilitating training
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the project team
- Consult on tools, systems, services, or application integration
- Provide input to system design

- Be an organized individual who has a knack for planning and prioritizing tasks
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, data science, computer science, Information Systems or related fields
- Ability to collaborate with both technical teams (AI engineers, data scientists) and business teams (operations, planning, etc.)
