Gallagher Benefit Services is looking to leverage artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies to drive business insights and optimize processes. The AI/Gen AI Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying current state business processes that are opportunities and use cases for AI, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, and developing solutions that enhance business performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business analysis and AI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in AI tools and platforms (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and computer vision.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, R or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for AI development and deployment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive solution design by collaborating with solution architects to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of AI initiatives.
